It was started by partners who began their professional life in Rome in 1987 with a Multinational Real Estate company. Continuing success led to the opening of agencies in Rome, Perugia, Viterbo and Arezzo.

In 1994, they moved to Spain to continue the development of the franchise, opening offices in the Andalucian provinces of Malaga, Cadiz, Seville, Cordoba and Granada, as well as providing support and training to employees and sales people within the Group.

After 29 years with the Franchise, the founders opened their first PC in Calle Jovellanos in Malaga (opposite the Maria Zambrano train station), with their second office opening in Avenida Pablo Ruiz Picasso in San Pedro de Alcantara.
